└ Orders under $99 → Free standard curbside delivery
└ Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico → small flat surcharge shown transparently at checkout
Typical timelines (from the moment you click “Place Order”)
- In-stock items → leave Denver warehouse in 1–5 business days → arrive 7–21 days
- Custom upholstery, sectionals, dining tables → 6–10 weeks (we give you an exact date at checkout)
- You’ll receive tracking + photo updates the second it’s on the truck
White-Glove Delivery includes
- Scheduled 4-hour window (you pick the day)

Signature policy
Orders over $1,500 require a signature. You can waive it at checkout for smaller items.
